Deepening Faith, Building Community

The Theology Inter-Church Inter-Faith Committee invites you and your community of faith into conversation about discipleship in your context. We hope to promote discussion based on discipleship broadly, particularly around the practices of being a disciple and the practices of forming disciples. How are you forming and being disciples in your community and in the world?
What is Discipleship?
Discipleship is a journey of faith, a path of growth and connection. It's about deepening our relationship with God and becoming part of a vibrant faith community. Our Call encourages us to “bold discipleship.”
Your Story Matters
We invite you to share your unique discipleship journey. How have you grown in your faith? How have you connected with others? What challenges and triumphs have you experienced?
We are thrilled to know how you are forming and being disciples at this time in the particularities of your contexts. Please share with us your stories, examples, thoughts, and questions about discipleship in a variety of ways: artwork, poetry, videos, sermons, bible studies, or photos, using the simple form below.
By sharing your story, you can:
- Inspire others to deepen their faith
- Strengthen your own faith journey
- Build a stronger faith community
We may share your discipleship stories with the wider church through our various channels like blogs, social media, and newsletters. Selected content may also be shared in a report to General Council 45.
